About the Brand
Shadowshore Designs specializes in clothing and accessories for souls that love to travel, enjoy the feeling of freedom and want to experience all that life has to offer. Our designs are created for you! With inspiration taken from around the world, you'll love wearing pieces that promote the carefree feeling of walking on a beach, living life on your own terms and trying something new for the very first time.
Since 2017, we've been enjoying our travels and photography while building our wonderful Etsy shop, originally focusing on carefree decor. In early 2020, we used our love of wild Mother Earth to form Shadowshore Designs and launch our apparel website. In 2021, aiming to reach even more like-minded explorers, we combined our much-loved apparel and home decor lines to expand Shadowshore into something everyone can enjoy, indoors or out!
All of the designs you see in our shop feature our original nature photography taken on our travels around the world.

Thanks for stepping into our world and supporting a small, family-run business. We're Samantha and Chad, the co-owners and designers behind Shadowshore, writing to you from the foothills of Alberta's Rocky Mountains.
Surrounded by towering giants, glacial lakes, flat prairies and arid badlands, there's no shortage of adventure here. The smell of fresh pines, feeling of a light summer breeze, and sounds of rushing water and howling wolves are the inspiration behind our designs for free-spirited adventurers and fellow outdoor lovers across the globe.
Meet the Team
Enjoy the feeling of freedom every day with nature-inspired designs featuring the creativity and original nature photography of our owners and adventure couple, Samantha and Chad.
Samantha is a photographer, entrepreneur and online educator that doesn't go many places without her camera. As a previous member of the Canadian Armed Forces, Chad has never been afraid to get his boots dirty and has recently rediscovered his creative passion. Although they both spent their childhoods in the Greater Toronto Area, they quickly fell in love with the Canadian countryside and moved north. From there, they went a step further and moved across the country to the beautiful wilderness of Alberta.
The couple enjoys spending their time hiking, boating and skating across the frozen lakes. Whether sipping a beer on the dock together, traveling to the islands of the Caribbean, or soaring down a mountainside on a couple of snowboards, they always have a good time under the sun and stars.
